With a lifelong passion for building, Aaron brings decades of hands-on experience and leadership to the company. He began his career remodeling homes across the Bay Area for his family’s investment properties, developing a strong foundation in both design and construction.
Aaron later expanded his expertise into commercial construction, managing large-scale projects such as new Costco Wholesale locations across multiple states.
Over the past five years, Aaron has focused on high-end residential projects, specializing in luxury homes and elevated living spaces throughout the Bay Area. His commitment to quality craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and innovation continues to drive the company’s success and reputation for excellence.
Tiffany Pessah
Co-Owner, Head of New Clientele & Marketing
Tiffany brings a dynamic blend of business strategy and client relations to the company. She earned her MBA from Santa Clara University, with a minor in Marketing, and built a strong foundation in the tech industry through roles in Customer Success Marketing and Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Management. At our company, Tiffany is the primary point of contact for new clients, overseeing onboarding and ensuring a seamless introduction to our services. Her passion for building relationships and her strategic marketing insight help drive the continued growth and reputation of the business.
